Ingredients

  • 50 ml of Restinga Gin
  • Orange peel
  • 100 ml of tonic water
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method

  • 01 / Fill a ball glass to the brim with good ice, large and compact.
  • 02 / Refresh the glass until it is cold and strain the excess water.
  • 03 / Perfume with a twist of orange peel, squeezing it gently to extract the aromas and essential oils found in it, which will perfume much more than a slice of the same fruit. Put the twist in the cup.
  • 04 / Add 50 ml of Restinga gin.
  • 05 / Stir slightly to cool our gin.
  • 06 / Pour the tonic slowly on the wall of the glass, although the most professional way to do it is to use a mixing spoon that will give life to the bubbles.
  • 07 / Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
