Golden Vermouth 746

Developed between the sea and the mountains.

Its name refers to the 746 meters above sea level of Mendoza, a meeting point between winemaking tradition and the spirit of Restinga.

Restinga Gin, Lui Wines and Bodegas López joined forces to create this unique vermouth, made from a combination of Chardonnay and Semillon wines, macerated for four days with flowers and aromatic herbs, and naturally sweetened with grape must.

The result is a golden, semi-sweet and aromatic vermouth, ideal to enjoy at your leisure.

* Type: Semi-sweet golden.
* Alcohol content: 17% vol.
* Sweetener: Natural grape must.
* Sugar: 100 g/L.
* Wine bases: 50% Chardonnay from Lui Wines and 50% Semillon from Bodegas López.
* Botanicals: Juniper, pink pepper, elderflower, rose petals, hibiscus flower and wormwood.

How to enjoy it?

Serve it in a short glass with plenty of ice and garnish with an orange peel to enhance its aromas and flavors.
