Excellence and differentiation
Restinga arises in 2015 focused on the distillation of a high-quality spirit drink, seeking excellence and differentiation in the product and taking care of every detail of the 100% artisan process.
Step # 1
Alcohol:
We use tri-distilled cereal alcohol: this process is what makes the product of superior quality, with clear characteristics, clean to the eye, pleasant taste and most importantly with a degree of purity that makes it unbeatable for the preparation of any alcoholic beverage and makes it suitable for human consumption.
Step # 2
Distillation:
We have 2 imported copper stills, one of them 500 liters and the other 1,000 liters. They are heated by steam for better distillation.
What is Gin?
Gin is the result of a distillation of neutral alcohol aromatized and flavored with botanicals, in which juniper must predominate on the nose and in the mouth.
Step # 3
Maceration:
Both our Flavoured Edition and the Autumn Distillate are macerated. This occurs once the distillation is complete, a maturation process of between 48 and 72 hours begins with new botanicals that give it everything from colour to new aromas, depending on the ingredients of each example.
Step # 4
Bottling and labeling:
Finally, we bottle and label everything manually, numbering each bottle one by one to have a post-sale follow-up.
