Four years of time, climate and wood to create an edition that cannot be repeated.

This London Dry Gin from Restinga was aged for 4 years in French oak barrels, outdoors, in the park of our distillery.

During all that time, the barrel was naturally exposed to sun, rain, wind and weather variations. Each of these conditions played a role in the evolution of the wood and, with it, in the transformation of gin.

The result is a unique distillate, the product of a combination of factors that cannot be exactly reproduced: a barrel, a place, and four years that happened only once.

A collaboration between Restinga Gin and Lui Wines, limited to 200 bottles of 750 ml, with 42% alcoholic strength.

A collector's edition to be enjoyed slowly and to discover all that time can bring to a gin.
